Yes  these are some of our most frequent corporate bookings. Our 2-hour on-site soda bar package is built for exactly this format: trailer pulls up, one staff member runs the bar, employees pick their drinks, everyone gets a moment.
Absolutely. We invoice through Square, accept ACH and credit card, and provide a W-9 on request. Most corporate clients book from a written Square quote with NET-30 payment terms by request.
Roughly 35-45 drinks per hour with one staff member, or up to 70 with two. For larger headcounts (over 100), we recommend two staff or the drop-off pack format.
Yes  we'll bring the trailer to your office parking lot, business park, or downtown location. We've served bank lobbies, manufacturing floor events, and law firm client days.
We can do custom menu cards in your company colors and printed signage with your logo. The trailer itself stays in our branding, but the on-site presentation can match yours.
